Guardian Lone Worker integrates with third-party Alarm Receiving Centres and may use third-party services for mapping and location services. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or service levels of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corrin Data and Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
