Starting a New Session

Begin your lone working session with an 8-step wizard that ensures all safety protocols are followed.

GPS coordinates are captured automatically

Step 2: Confirm Address

Verify the detected address is correct

Step 3: Low Signal Zone

Indicate if working in areas with poor connectivity

Step 4: Planned Session

Specify if this is a scheduled work session

Step 5: Location Contact Informed

Step 7: Check-in Interval

Select 15, 30, 45, or 60 minute intervals

Step 8: Notes & Confirmation

Add optional notes and review before starting

Checking In

When your check-in timer approaches, you'll receive a notification. Simply tap to confirm you're safe.

Miss a check-in? The monitoring centre is automatically alerted.

Triggering an SOS

In an emergency, trigger an SOS alert. The monitoring centre is immediately notified with your exact location.

Your GPS location is broadcast every 10 seconds
You'll receive an AI-powered callback to confirm your situation

Resolving an SOS

If it was a false alarm, you can quickly cancel the SOS. The monitoring centre will be notified that you're safe and the alert will be resolved.

Leaving Log Notes

Throughout your session, you can add notes to create a detailed audit trail. Document anything relevant - observations, issues encountered, or progress updates.

Checking Out

When you've finished your work, end the session safely. Your final location is recorded and the monitoring centre is notified that you've completed your session.

Session complete - all data is logged for compliance
